Maintain and Keep

1. Clean and maintain per shift

(1). Must shut down power supply before cleaning and wiping machine. In order to grarantee that persons and machine are safe.

(2). Wipe workbench and surface of the machine by wet duster.

(3). Use constingent air to swept products chipping in feeding dcvice and terminal sealing place away.

(4). Use steel brush which are wipe with lube swept film chipping on terminal sealing knife.

Inspection and maintain per month.

1. Giving oil to the gear & the heel zip in the sentem according to the principle of wiping. Don’t give oil to the sending stripe and step stripe.
2. Give oil to peeite sealing gear.
3. To checl whether the zip and stripe is tight or loosem in the sending part, regular when necessary.
4. To check whether the screw and nut is loosen or tight when necessary.
5. To check the electric brush, wipc it when necessary.

Maintain & Keep per half-year.

1. To check sending strip & conveying belt, change it when broken, please replace when necessary.
2. To check the easy-damaged mechanism, replace in time.
3. To check whether the conveying parts is bad, or replace it.
4. To check the electric tie-in, clean the dust by suing the compress air cleaner.
